If sign-in is failing, contact support with the email address tied to the account, your device model, and the app version you are using. That makes it easier to trace the issue quickly.
A macro value looks wrong or a menu item is missing.+
Send the restaurant name, menu item, and a screenshot if possible. MacroBite uses official nutrition sources, but restaurant menus change often and reports help the team review updates faster.
I have a billing or subscription issue.+
Subscriptions are billed by Apple. Include the Apple account email tied to the purchase and a short description of the billing issue so the team can direct you to the right fix.
